International Strategic Director
Femke Tjallema lives in the the surroundings of Amsterdam with her sons Daan and Julian. Femke lived in Italy for several years, once back in Amsterdam she started working at an Italian bank. When the bank ceased its activities Femke started her own recruitment company.
Femke loves building relationships, therfore 25 years later, FM Benelux has become a solid partner in recruitment for international companies in the Netherlands. Femke underlines the importance of soft skills during the recruitment procedure, finding “hidden gems” and guaranteeing long lasting relationships. FMA partner since 2019, managing challenging recruitment procedures for international clients.
Marloes Claessens lives in Amsterdam. Her family is made up of her partner, Richard and her two sons, Nick and Teis. Marloes studied in Rome for 1 year. Back in Amsterdam she worked for several Italian companies.
After having lived in Warsaw for a few years she joined FM Benelux in 2003. She has become a sparring partner for Poliedro’s client and loves to tackle their recruitment challenges.
Winnie Kim is born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. After her undergraduate and graduate studies in Italy, Germany and the Netherlands, she settled down in Amsterdam after her marriage where she lives with her Dutch husband and their daughter Livvy and son Jimmy.
Winnie lived and worked in Italy and in the Netherlands for many years, during this period she also worked for a South Korean government organisation for which she organised numerous inbound/outbound trade missions and trade shows. For this job she had many occasions to work with global companies but also central and local government organisations.
She is multi-lingual, multi-cultural and multi-talented with broad network of global companies and organisations. Since 2021 she proudly became International Strategic Director in FM Benelux.
